Through guided indoor and outdoor sessions, we’ll explore how you show up in relationships, work, and daily life, gaining insights into your mindset, energy, and emotional responses.
Set on a sprawling country estate, The Light on the Hill offers a peaceful escape with a modern barn facility, outdoor event space, and serene natural surroundings. Breathe in the fresh air and reconnect with yourself during restorative outdoor meditations.
