Lori Horstman
Certified Dementia Specialist & Brain Health Coach
Lori Horstman is a dementia specialist and brain health coach who has spent more than twenty years helping people understand how the brain works and how to keep it healthy. She has a natural way of translating cognitive science into everyday language and loves teaching others how to actively build, strengthen, and improve their brain health.
Her passion for this work grew after her father’s dementia diagnosis. Experiencing firsthand how overwhelming memory loss can be for families inspired her to deepen her expertise in dementia education, cognitive training, and prevention.
At Thrive, Lori will share creative ways to challenge your thinking, strengthen your memory, and activate all areas of the brain so you can support your cognitive health at any age.
